I was looking for something warm and somewhat stylish and am loving with these boots! It was 25 degrees today in Chicago. I played with my kids in the snow for over a hour then walked my dog for another 30 minutes and my feet didn't get cold! The rubber on the bottom will stand up to our slushy weather better than my uggs. These boots were a great choice that I know I will enjoy for years to come!
I usually wear 8.5, but I ordered a 9 incase I wanted to add wool socks. I don't think that will be necessary though for what I need them for. They are very warm. They are pretty snug with wool socks, but fit perfectly with regular socks.
I purchased the Black canvas in my usual 8. I'm used the zippered boots, and laces were a little time consuming, but worth it to put them on. The boots are very warm and protects my feet from the freezing weather. It feels a bit clunky, but still comfortable. One thing that I really didn't like about the boots is that the fake fur stick to black pants.
