I love this handbag. The leather is thick and durable so it is good for everyday use. I personally like to use the shorter strap only so I took off the longer strap and leave it at home.

I fell in love with this bag for years. When I saw plaid red online, I've decided to get one. Fortunately, there was one at the local store. I drove for 20 miles and purchased this beauty. I saw back side of the leather was softer than the front side at the store but I thought it was fine. After I carried for 1 day, I noticed the soft side couldn't stay the shape well. It really bothered me. For the money I spent, I wanted something better than this. So I ordered another one online and returned the old one. When the bag arrived, I was so thrilled to open the package. My heart was broken when I saw the 2nd one. This one was even worse than the 1st one. The back side of the leather was softer and had more wrinkles. I immediately went to the local store with 2nd bag. After examined both bags (1st bag was still at the store), the sales lady agreed with me. Since I wanted plaid red so badly, she started to call other stores to look for a better one for me. 5 out of 3 stores she spoke to, they all had the same issues. The back side of the leather is all softer than front side. Wow, what a bummer! For $2000, Chloe can't make better quality bag than this? How it compete with other luxury brands such as LV, Givenchy, YSL... Even $300 MK won't have this kind of problem. Chloe really let me down! The reason I put 2 stars is one for design, the other one for color. For the quality, it should be zero.

Prosexpensive, pretty
I like the design but can't tell worth the price. Leather quality is somewhat disappointed compared to Chloe wallet which I bought previously..I loved wallet which is so soft and worth the money$550. I still didn't return the bag because of design but not high quality.

I got the bag in rock and totally fell in love with it right away. Everything from the hardware to the workmanship was excellent. Sadly, I had to return it because it is not big enough to meet my needs (reason for 4 star rating).
