This is my first pair of Uggs and I love them! Only worn them once and already want another pair. I love how comfortable and warm they are. Only regret is not buying them sooner!

My daughter loves her new boots. The problem is, she has a real hard time getting the left boot on. We thought maybe it was a different size but it is marked the same size as the other boot. She has worn them after struggling to get them on but has told me she won't wear them anymore because it's too much hassle putting them on. I'm so disappointed because this was the most important thing that she wanted for Christmas and we bought them for her. I don't know if there is anything you can do when they have been worn, but I hope you can do something. I know spending this much on a pair of boots doesn't seem like a lot to some people, but for us it is. Please help us.

I splurged on these because my (5 year old) Ugh slippers weren't keeping my ankles warm on cold Northwest mornings. I plan on these lasting as long- I love them!

This is my first UGG boots. I tried other brands of winter boots before. UGG is absolutely the best one. Comfortable and warm, chic and adorable.
