Too long and clung too much

At 5'4", I'm right at the cusp of regular vs. petite. Sometimes regular works and sometimes petite works. I bought this in regular and it was WAY too long. It seemed to cling in all the wrong places. I decided I didn't like it enough to exchange it for a petite, so I just returned it.

I'm 5ft3" and the regular length just skims the floor and looks great with sandals. The ruching on the hips are a little heavy but nothing a tank won't cover. Great skirt!
