love this skirt

Prosversatile, comfortable

THis skirt moves so well, light and airy but will keep you warm enough on one of those sort-of-colder days. I love the ruching but the only reason I give this skirt 4 stars, not five is because it is so long and I'm 5'10". But I love it, and I have it in both the black and grey.

This skirt can be worn so many times and ways!
I pull it up for a beach cover up and wear it as a skirt for dinner.

Proscomfortable, elegant, versatile, soft to the touc

The color and size are true to the description on the internet. I purchased this as a gift for my wife. She had entered this skirt and several other items on her wish list. As a surprise, I bought the items she had listed. Initially she told me that she had accidentally chosen the wrong size and I thought she would have to return the skirt, but low and behold the skirt is a perfect fit. She looks absolutely gorgeous in the skirt. We went to an event this weekend and she was the talk of the event. She was truly happy with this purchase .This skirt is definitely versatile and be worn with so many different colors. The skirt is so soft and fits the body with ease and I would consider it a classic that could be worn by twenty something to the more mature woman.

The perfect black Maxi for tall women
PostedOctober 19, 2013
Prosflattering, versatile, long

I am 5'10" and love to wear heels (which makes me over 6' tall). I am fit, but have an hourglass figure. This means skirts shopping is either awesome or awful (usually awful).
This skirt was exactly what I wanted. I got a size L (which is my usual size for bottoms) and it fit just right for length and width. It ends right below my ankles and I can wear it with heels or flats. It's very versatile - I can dress it up with heels or down with flip flops.
It's very flattering on my hourglass figure (38 bust x 29 waist x 41 hips) and after three kids, I love that it flatters my figure in all the right places around the middle. The ruching does not add extra material or bulk, just helps "smooth out" any mild imperfections and looked very slimming from the front and side. The ruching section isn't bulky, it's very low profile and looks better than on the model in the picture. I wore the skirt the first time with a form fitting sweater layered on top and it looked great.
I bought the skirt in the fall and was a little worried the materials would be too lightweight. It's not, it's just right for nearly all seasons with the right accessories (e.g. tights in the cold of winter). The skirt is completely opaque and super soft. The drape is perfect.
I highly recommend it for tall women looking for an all purpose, go to maxi.
