Horrible reliability

Proseasy to use, effective, not reliable
I have exchanged my opal 3 times in 9 months. Product keeps dying while charging. Such a shame since I love the performance. It has been a tremendous help in removing puffiness and reducing sinus pressure. Nordstrom has been wonderful, so I tried to return this last one via clarisonic (yes it is registered), but clarisonic wants me to return to Nordstrom. Don't spend the money until product reliability improves.

I have the clarisonic and I love it so I was hoping this would be just as excellent. It's definitely not. All it does is gently vibrate for 30 seconds at a time. And if u are like me and already use great eye creams and take care of your undereyes then this won't do anything special for you. I didn't notice ANY difference. And it was a pain to first use clarisonic and then switch to this machine before I could get on with my makeup. not looking to add a step to my routine when it gives zero results.
I bought the Opal in order to reduce my dark circles that wouldn't go away with just eye products.
I've been using this Opal twice a day and have seen great results. I do not use the serum that comes with it. I use my own eye products.

I have just starting using the system and it has alleviated the dryness around my eyes. With continued use, it will only get better. I do each eye for 60 seconds, instead of the 30 second recommendation. I have been using it only once a day, only because I forget to do it before I go to bed at night. So for once a day, I am noticing improvement in my skin and it has only been a week. I have other Clarisonic products and am satisfied with all of them.
