After admiring the MZ Wallace style for years, I made the splurge and am so happy that I did. I have the Hayley in black. I use it for travel and for work. The quality is outstanding, and I love the nylon--a la Prada. It has the perfect amount of pockets on the outside -- for my iPhone and digital camera, so you can put all your "must-haves" in the outside pockets and only need to go inside for your wallet, travel umbrella or even a magazine or book to read on the go. I love the messenger strap as well.
I already owned this in a cobalt blue & loved it. I thought I bought this one in plum as well, but bought a slightly smaller one, called Paige. That one was just too small for my taste. I like my bag to hold everything & not feel packed. As an fyi, I carry a small Nexus tablet, cellphone, keys, hand lotion, wallet, kleenex, card carrier, wallet, a CRAMMED makeup bag, sunglasses, eyeglasses, phone charger, gum, 2 nylon shopping bags, a pen, eyedrops, and the little pouch that comes with the bag holds some bandaids, tums, aspirin. I thought I packed light, but maybe not. Anyway, it all fits in this one, plus there is room for shirt I bought my husband at Nordstrom today. If you carry less, you can probably get by with the Paige.
I like the pockets on this bag - they help me stay organized. The hardware & zippers are heavy duty. The plum color is good for fall, but I'm using it now.
I own the MZW Hayley in Olive and recently bought it in Tangerine. The bag is great! It holds more than enough for a day out (full size wallet, attached pouch filled up, snacks, tissues, reusable shopping bag, phone, keys, sunglasses, etc.) and isn't over-full at that point. I love that it has both a leather shoulder strap and a cross-body strap too.
I didn't keep the Tangerine because the color was a little bit too much of a good thing, and I already have another orange bag.
I am super organized and this bag is perfect. It has so many pockets and compartments for all your things. I like that is can be a shoulder or crossbody bag. Both the crossbody and shoulder strap are thick which makes them comfortable and they don't dig into you shoulder. This is a little on the larger side but perfect for people who carry makeup, wallet, ipad, etc. I have it in the black and the new Plum color. The puple is gorgeous and perfect for fall. I HIGHLY recommend this bag
