I love the near black purple color, not what I would call currant, but it is something different than my usual Black handbag. I haven't moved into the bag yet, but I believe I will be happy with this style even though I do not like the shoulder strap, and I wish it had short satchel handles attached in the style of the MZ Wallace Josie. I purchased this because I wanted a flatter profile bag for cross body wear as well as a bag with slightly more capacity. It does kill me to pay this much for a nylon bag, but I can no longer deal with the weight of larger leather handbags, and MZ Wallace bags are very well done nylon bags.

Great bag and gorgeous 'currant' color. Spacious and many great pockets to stay organized. Bought this for a trip to NYC and will enjoy the lightweight, roomy crossbody while doing lots of walking in the city.

I love this bag. It has an amazing capacity and it's easy to organize because there are so many zipper compartments. It's great for travel and holds all of my husband's diabetic supplies that he can't be without. Recently he suggested that I get a second one because someday this will wear out. I took him at his word because I can't imagine tiring of it.
