I am on my feet all day as a VA nurse. This shoe works. Ha Ha. My feet and legs are not tired at all by end of day. I rotate with another mephisto I purchased, and have energy at the end of the day to walk the dog. Perfect purchase.

Mephisto -" Laser" Walking Shoe

Proscomfortable, fills good
My first pair of MephIsto shoes were purchased from Nordstroms in the late seventies (70's). Mephisto shoes are the only walking shoes I own. Since retirement Mephisto shoes are the only shoes I purchase. Fortunately they now have many shoe styles to choose from. They are so comfortable. I have had back surgery and my doctor is very pleased that they are my shoes of choice.
I got the wine with black sole and laces. Color is very nice and the shoes are extremely comfortable. Am considering getting the grey as well. They are a more dressy looking than the ones with white soles.
