The material of these is so soft and comfortable, I could probably wear them to bed. I agree with some of the other reviews that if you are in-between a size, go the size lower because they have a lot of stretch to them. The good thing is that they don't really stretch out any more once they are on (like by the end of the day they won't be loose enough to pull down without unbuttoning).
These jeans have become the only pants I wear. Because they are black, they seem "fancier" than your average pair of jeans, so I can get away with wearing them anywhere. I have a pretty curvy body with very wide hips (5"6" and 128 lbs), and the 28 fits like a glove. They do get a bit stretched out after a few wears, so if you're between sizes I would go with the smaller option.
I will start by saying that I am a bit biased- I am obsessed with Citizens Avedon jeans! They are the best for my body, I am 5 feet tall and curvy, and these are my perfect jean. Nice rise, no muffin top, booty looks good, fitted down to my ankle (and I have skinny calves!)- and best of all, minimal stretching out with wear! I can wear these several times and they still stay put, I don't have to yank them up every 10 minutes (you know what I am talking about!). And they are so soft and comfortable! Get them, you will not regret it!!! Expensive but so worth it!
I normally wear a size 29 but purchased a size 30 and the fit is wonderful . I am 5'9 and the length is perfect. They are so comfortable and I love the dark black color. I highly recommend these jeans.
