Husband's Choice

Prosnice and elegant, shoes
ConsWide width
My husband ordered these shoes and loves them. He bought the wide width, but they are still a bit narrow and had to be stretched. Otherwise they fit well, look good, are soft enough not to hurt his feet...but one can not go wrong with Bruno Magli shoes or any Italian shoes.
4 stars due to width problem.

Proscomfortable, versatile, stylish, soft leather
ConsMedium width
I had been eyeing these shoes for a while and, when the price was reduced during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I took the plunge. I have not been disappointed. I own a number of Allen Edmonds, and other, high end dress shoes. The Bruno Magli are a nice alternative in terms of styling and comfort. The soft leather--goatskin, I believe--needs no break-in; they mold to the foot immediately. The shoes feel more like slippers than shoes. Plus, they do not sacrifice arch support--as it is fairly decent for such a soft shoe. The styling is very versatile. I've worn the shoes with more casual slacks and suits, and they look great either way.
As others have indicated, the shoes run a little large, so it is wise to buy at least a half-size below normal. Also, the goatskin leather is more delicate than calf leather, which is generally used on men's dress shoes. As a result, these are probably not a great every day shoe, especially given the cost. Still, there is room in most mens wardrobes for a staple pair of shoes like this one.

Great Shoe

Never wore bruno's before, but it is one of the more comfortable shoes in this style of a shoe. Salvatore makes a nice looking, but you can actually be on your feet comfortably for hours with this shoe. Great all round shoe; you can dress it up or down. As noted by the other reviewer, I wish the leather was a little more durable (the only reason for not giving it a 5 star). Would buy another pair.

It's a Good Quality Shoe. Constructed of Fine Nappa Leather. Great Stitching which makes it a Very Comfortable Shoe. They do run big and Wide. I had to go down 1/2 a size. The shoe department at Nordstroms are the best. My feet feel great. Would not shop anywhere else for my shoes. Thanks,
