Easy return!

The shoes were beautiful and just what I wanted except they were a little too big. We do not have a Nordstrom in my city but we just recently got a Nordstrom Rack. When I called about returning the shoes, I mentioned this and was told that I could return the shoes that I had ordered online to the Nordstrom Rack. The transaction was quick and easy and the money was put directly back on my credit card!

Comfy, but insole not secure

The shoes were comfortable. Run a tad small around the toes, but I think with some wear would have fit well. One half size up would have been too big in the heel. Unfortunately the insole started to tear out after only a couple wears. May have been a faulty pair. Had to bring them back.

I purchased this in my typical pump size. The left shoe fit perfectly, the right shoe dug into the inside center of my foot. I'm sure if I kept these they'd eventually wear in, however the "beige patent" color was a lot more yellow than I expected (does not match online photo), so I took them back. There were also black smudges within the patent paint and some unevenness in paint thickness close to the sole of the shoe.

Small/Tall Shoe!

Prostoo small, heel too high
This shoe is NOT as described. The shoe was too small and the heel is too high. Other reviewers described this shoe as true to size; it was much too small compared to other brands of pumps I wear every day. The heel is described as 3". Not so. I measured the heel at 3 7/8". That's a big difference if you are looking for a reasonable heel height. The shoe is very pretty but the fit is not true to size!
