I was looking to replace my time honored stiletto pumps. Thought my search was over when found the Corso Como Del however, the fit wasn’t right – front of shoe is too short. Tried several other brands with no luck. Frustrated, I brought the last pair ordered back to Nordstrom in the Garden State Plaza for a refund. At that point I wasn’t even going to look around for yet another pair. That’s when I encountered William Cullinane, Salesperson. I shared my dilemma with him and was quite sure there were no other alternatives and just when I was going to give up, he brought out Sam Edelman Hazel Black Leather pumps. Their claim about the new Italian “last” comes with a down cure, does exactly what its supposed to do – puts less pressure on the ball of the foot. I was overwhelmed with joy – felt like Cinderella! Thanks to that prince charming, William!. Back to the Corso, giving it 3 stars for style and quality.
These are my go-to work shoes. The heel isn't too high and the padding on the heel and the ball of the foot makes these so comfortable. I stand a lot for my work and I can wear these all day and still be comfortable at the end of the day. I own these in black and nude and this is my second purchase of the black color. I wear them once or twice a week and finally wore out my first pair after owning them for several years. I will have to replace my nude pair in the coming months.
Love this shoe so much I bought them for a second time. First pair was scuffed beyond repair and wore everywhere. Careful with patent!

The worst Corso Como shoe that I've seen
PostedOctober 13, 2017
I have two other pairs of Corso Como shoes that I love so I wanted to love these. These however were very disappointing. The insole was nowhere as nice as in my other pump's and the craftsmanship was subpar. The edges of the leather were irregular and poorly stitched and you could tell that the patent wasn't going to age well. I expect better for the price so I returned them.
