I bought the nude color. Somehow the syntheic material discolored in what looks like a thumbprint size dark blotch on the exterior of the instep. Ruined. I can't even see how this happened thus I think it must be a problem with the shoe.

Ordered on line. Received and they were too small. Returned to Nordstrom store and they took very good care of me and credited my account.

This is my second time ordering the same shoe because I wore these shoes every week sometimes twice a week. These are the most comfortable shoes, especially, 9 to 5 jobs that involves lots of walking but yet dressy for meetings. I only wish I could find them in burgundy.

Very well made, I ordered an 8 wide and the width is perfect, but I probably should have ordered a 7 1/2 . All in all, love the shoe.
