I bought these pants in black at the Nordstrom store in Charlotte and liked them so much that I decided to order them in blue. Even though I ordered the same size that I purchased, the blue pants were about 1 1/2 inches more narrow in the waist than the black pants, so I sent them back. (I had tried on the green and gray pants in the store, and they fit like the black ones. I don't know if the blue pants were sized incorrectly or not, but they certainly didn't fit like the other ones. What a shame! The black pants are very comfortable!)

I was really disappointed when the waistband on these gave way, tearing, after only a couple of wears. But Nordstrom exchanged them for a new pair without question. As someone with a small waist compared to hips, I appreciated the adjustable waist so I decided to keep them as nice, trendy summer pants. Don't expect high quality, though.

Soft material with enough give to be very comfortable. A bit more fitted than I expected but still will work well for very hot days.

Love these pants. Super comfortable and great pocket utility. Definitely not a wear-to-work pant but great alternative to sweats or yoga pants for down times. I agree with some other reviews I've read that if you are a shorter person these may not work for you as capris. I am 5'9" and they are kind of long on me (and the drawstrings are very long).
