I used up the bottle of this and my conclusion is that it's okay. It does last a long time and has a bit of shimmer (not a lot) which I liked. After a few weeks I really liked it, I thought it did a good job minimizing my pores. However, after finishing the bottle I'd say the effects were short lived. I decided to go back to another product because it works "in the long run."
After using the Idealist Skintone Illuminator for the first time, I could tell a difference in the way my Estee Lauder makeup applied so smoothly. My complexion appeared flawless. I have excessively dry skin but the illuminator hides that fact. It makes me glow! I am so glad I decided to try this product - it will be in my beauty kit from now on! I'm definitely an Estee Lauder girl!

Proslightweight, pleasant scent
Received this as a gift. (sure hope it wasn't a hint that I'm getting old and need the extra help!) The product itself has a light fragrance that I like and is not greasy.
Even thought I'm not the type to put moisturizer/foundation on daily, I do enjoy putting this on when I remembered to. Also liked that it's not tainted like other brands. As for result, can't say it's day/night drastic, but that could be due to lack of sufficient lighting. It does not contain SPF though...wish it did.
Overall, I would recommend it because I trust the brand, like the scent, and what girl doesn't like to play with makeup?!?! Buy it for your best friend so she can enjoy the treat!

Proslightweight, absorbs quickly
I have been using this product since January and I am just now seeing some mild colored spots fade so I'm not sure if it's the product or just time that made the difference.
