I have really dark circle in my eyes and I tried different product but this one really works for me. It reduces my dark circle and no more puffiness in my eyes I even use it at night. A little expensive though.
This little magic wand is indeed cooling, and refreshing. The applicator really stays cold! A nice pick-me-up in the mornings for sure. I can't say definitively that I have noticed the dark circles improving, but it has only been a couple of weeks. I do see improvement in puffiness. I must say this product isn't especially moisturizing. I find I get the best results when I apply it over eye-cream. Perhaps my eyes are just especially dry due to allergies.
After trying this product for a full week, I can't say I notice any change. I don't have extreme puffiness or dark circles, but I don't feel like the Cooling Eye Illuminator made any difference. It does go on smoothly and feels refreshingly cool in the morning, but I can't really recommend the product.
This is like a spa day for my eyes. The ceramic tip is very cooling and relaxing. You need very little of this...less than quarter of a drop...just tap and it works instantly.
