It does what it says, it's brightens the eye area and does not settle in lines...it is also not sparkly which is a bonus. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the longevity could be improved upon.

Love this eyeshadow. This is the third time that I have purchased this eyeshadow palette. Shortly after I bought it, I started getting compliments on how much younger that I looked. It can be worn day or evening.

Proseasy to blend, long-lasting, luminous
I have to admit that I almost sent this back when I got it because it looked frosted, but tried it anyway, and am so glad that I did. Instead of making me look older as some things that are frosted looking do, the effect was more luminous. The creamy base in the middle that you put on with your finger is the key. The colors are very natural looking, and I thought it made my eyes look younger. Love it!
