I suppose I am used to the cream versus the oil. I didn't feel this did the job as well on taking off eye makeup. I just didn't like the consistency. I'll stay with the Purity cream, but others may love oil cleansers. My face just didn't feel clean.

This product is truly fantastic. I have combination skin and it helps moisturize those dry areas without adding oil to the rest of my face. When I finish rinsing it off, my skin feels smooth and soft. I checked once or twice after I used it to make sure it left my skin clean and it totally works. I have come to love all Philosophy products.

I think this stuff is great. It cleanses my skin with out super drying. I feel balanced and clean after I use it. It remove make up better than any other face cleanser I have used. It does help to wet your lashes a little before use to remove eye makeup. I like that my skin doesn't feel tight after I use it.

Prosgentle, don't bother!
Purity Made Simple is much better for me. Does a better job of removing eye make-up, and leaves a much cleaner "feel". It leaves my skin soft, but no cleaner than Purity Made Simple does. My skin is normal, and I love a clean feeling that I didn't get from the oil. I actually returned my bottle, and bought another bottle of P.M.S.--I've used it for many years, and I've never found better! Just as gentle and softening.
