It's a convenient clip-less curling tool. So far every other day I've been using this on random strands for a de-constructed casual loose beach wave daily look. I have thick coarse color-treated locks with no problems achieving my desired style. The swivel cord is uber helpful during my busy mornings plus this heats up quickly. The pink glove was handy the first few times but they're no longer needed once I got into a routine. It's also very lightweight which is great for travel.

Love the brand but...

I received a defective wand. I ordered it during the Anniversary Sale and was excited to use it but it wouldn't turn on or heat up. I purchased the 1.5" wand and loved it...sad that the 1" wand I received was defective. I Returned it. Great brand and I would recommend it to others, but with any product, defective units are a possibility.

I was hesitant to purchase this because my hair is SO unruly and difficult to curl. I have long, frizzy, wavy hair that usually takes hours to curl. I read a ton of reviews on this product and decided to go for it during the Anniversary Sale. I love that Nordstrom is so good about returns/exchanges, so I felt it was pretty low risk. I got it assuming that it would be decent, but expecting that it wouldn't work for my hair. Boy was I wrong, this wand is AMAZING. It almost took me longer to blow-dry my hair than it did to curl it. It looks great on the first day, but second and third day hair is even better; I wake up and fix a few curls and I'm good to go. I'm so glad I gave this product a try and FINALLY found something that works. Now it's time to throw out the multiple cheap $30 wands I tried, this one takes the cake. Get this wand, I highly doubt you'll be disappointed. I think if it works for my hair it'll work for anyones!
