Normally, I would balk at spending $225 for a cardigan. But I bought this in the navy color and I wear it every week with something! I would wear it everyday if I could get away with it.
It's a great length. The wool is not too heavy and not too light. You could also wear it all year round. In the summers for the cold air-conditioned office and throughout fall to spring over dresses, denim, nice slacks. The combinations are endless. My recommendation is to get a neutral color and you can get more wear out of it.

Extreme pilling. Looks old even when brand new.

Love the shape , the feel, and the look but after wearing 3 times, it became very pilled. I thought that 100% merino wool would not pill so I am very disappointed with my purchase. Now I choose to wear this when the environment will have low lighting! Looks like I've had this sweater for years and I purchased it in November 2014.
I know this is pretty expensive for a cardigan, but I finally caved and bought one. It is so high quality and fits so well that a couple months later I bought my second one.
