This dress is beautiful! I'm 5'10" and the dress hits just above my knees. Sleeve length is OK, a tad short, but workable. The beading on the dress may be a bit much for some folks. The beads are definitely different colors, so each bead reflects light differently. Unlike other reviewers, the dress I received did not have a strange odor, so no problem there. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have stated, the beading make the dress a little heavy, and I'm concerned it will be too warm for my son's early June wedding. If it was a fall or winter wedding, this dress would be perfect, but I'm worried it will be too warm for June. I will be returning this dress, but would recommend it to anyone who needs a special occasion dress for cooler temps.

I will be wearing this dress at my daughters wedding! It's exactly what I was looking for. I wanted the sheer sleeves and a bateau neck line. The dress is made very well and the size 6 fit me perfectly.The eggplant color is beautiful. I wish there were more dresses like this to choose from. As Mother of the Bride I feel it gives me the coverage I wanted and its very flattering to the figure for a woman in her 50's. This dress is worth every penny. I will enjoy wearing it again and again.

I was looking for a dress for my daughter's Hollywood Glamour themed wedding. This dress is perfect! My husband loved it. I love the fit, how it compliments your figure, and it is comfy on top of that! Can't wait to wear it to the big day!
