Cute, elegant and very well fitted. I unfortunately did return it because I felt that with a toddler child I will be practically restricted it wear it places where I won't have to carry her in my lap, therefore my use would have been very limited with it. That's absolutely my personal circumstance. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for dressy elegance. I usually wear size 4 but gave a shot to size 6 just in case as size 4 was not available and it fit perfectly. So runs small.
If this dress came in a size 4, it would have fit better, however, being a size 6, it was too big. It was also very heavy. The hem on the sheer part of the dress was a lot longer than the underlining and very uneven. On the model, the dress looked sleek and slenderizing, but it looked very frumpy on my 5'2" frame. I generally wear anywhere from a size 0 to size 2, but the 4 would have probably fit, based on the designer size of this dress. I think it would look amazing on the right body, but it just didn't work for mine.

I have searched for a beautiful dress with a sleeve and can never find one until now. this dress is gorgeous, it covers my flabby arms and makes me look like I have a waist. Designers make dresses bare for the young but no one thinks of the over 50 who still look good but have some flabby uppers arms. most long sleeve dresses look matronly but this one is the best yet. nordstrom's on line had the dress and it was about the only sharp one with a sleeve, designers need to get with it and start designing for the over 40 crowd. nordstrom's had nothing like this in their stores, they need to carry this dress in the stores, it would fly out of the store, believe me.

I bought this dress for my daughters wedding. It is an absolutely beautiful dress, but did not look good on me. Although I'm 56 years old it was a bit conservative for my taste. I was looking for something a bit more flashy. I would definately recommend this dress to anyone looking for a special occasion dress.
