I love these Zella's! I am a 60 yr old woman who wears a size 10 pants and these fit perfectly. The fabric is lightweight but heavier than the Zella 'Move" pants. The weight makes them great for cold weather both inside & outdoors. They are perfect for exercising, camping, wearing around the house, and wearing to work. ( I teach so I need comfort, washable, & casual professional clothing.) They look nice with a sweatshirt or a denim jacket & blouse.
I own 5 different styles of Zella pants and tops and love all of them. I plan to purchase other styles in the future because the quality & fit match my budget.
I bought the live in capri the reversible version in s, a little tight, but liked it. Then I saw these and thought that they might be perfect because I wanted a pair of yoga pants that are not too tight fitting so that I can wear them to work as well. I ordered size 6 for the extra room even though I could do 4. But they turned out too loose fitting. They are not your usual boot cut as suggested in the pictures. They are straight legged leaving the extra material gathering around the ankles. The material is a bit on the thin side showing underwear lines. So if you are size s (4-6) like me order 4.
I love all Zella stuff but these are great bc they do hold in any tummy issues u might have (post c section muffin top) & are still comfy!! They are a lil long for me. I'm 160 & 5'3" & got a large & they fit well. Hope this helps!! Also, love the material of these pants. They could easily be worn out w/ cute sweater or casual top; not just workout pants. ;)
I prefer the Zella Soul 2 style -- very loose fitting -- but currently available in only sizes 0, 2, and 4. I tried this style, hoping for a fit. Very tight across the bottom, though loose in the legs. Not what I want! At my age (50+) and body shape (size 8, slim but not super-fit), I should not wear pants this tight! I would not go out in public wearing these pants. I will wait and hope that Zella makes more Soul 2 pants in my size.
