I had been wanting these shoes for the longest time and I finally got them. I called my local ND and the person who took the call and helped me was so nice and helpful. They didn't have my size, but he ordered them for me and they got here in about a week. I went and tried them on, and the girl who helped me there was also very nice. These shoes go with everything and even though they are tall, they don't feel like it. I'm only 5' so I love big shoes like this. I love them so much and love the great customer service.
I purchased a pair of shoes at nordstrom a couple weeks ago and I loved them!! When I went into the store I was greeted in a friendly professional manor and the sales associate was extremely helpful! I wore my shoes one time and noticed I had gotten a scuff on Thefront of the toe. I took them back to return then and had no issues whatsoever! I was able to return them no questions asked and have another pair ordered for me! Amazing service!
