Prosawful, painful, too short, too narrow
I'm not a review writer kind of gal. But in the case of this shoe, I feel like I'm doing a public service by advising anyone thinking about buying it to steer clear. I'm a size 11M. Have been for years. That being said, this shoe must be for someone who lives in a parallel universe where size 11 shoes are actually designed for people with size 8-9 feet. I literally had to squeeze my foot into this torturous, vise-like "thing" pretending to be a shoe. It was too short, too narrow, and obviously a mechanism designed by some sadistic cobbler to cause intense, immediate pain. I thought the wrong size shoe must have been put in the box, but nope, the shoe said size 11. And BTW - the other shoes I ordered were also an 11 and they fit fine - just a little loose, but fine. Unless you have a serious masochistic streak, don't buy this shoe!!!

Beautiful, but...

Prosversatile, runs small, well-constructed
Beautiful leather, perfect heel height, well-constructed shoe. I ordered this shoe in black leather. The only reason I knocked off a star is because of the fit. The size 8M fit on my foot but it was narrow in the toe area and it caused discomfort. I wear a size 8M, and I had to return these for a size 8.5M. I definitely recommend this shoe but I recommend ordering 1/2 size up.

I was looking for a basic black pump but didn't want a very high heel. I was very happy to find these on line and ordered them immediately. Very pleased with my purchase. They are stylish and extremely comfortable. The heel is well padded and it has a non slip bottom. A very good looking shoe that won't go out of style. Works with slacks and skirts as well. Worth the money.
