Comfortable, classic look... AWFUL QUALITY. I bought these pumps for job interviews and work and after two wears (you read right, WEARS, not years), the inside lining is falling apart on my feet as I walk. Now, five uses later, the whole inside lining on my outside toes is GONE. You can’t see it as I wear the shoes, but it causes discomfort as there is no lining left. Otherwise, this would be the perfect work heel. Instead, it’s an inside lining nightmare.

I've had these shoes for a month and the bottom part of the heel fell off on both shoes! I walk around a lot at work, but this has never happened to me before with any other heels! Disappointing because they were comfortable and a good heel height, but now I can't wear them because a metal piece is sticking out on the heel. :(

I needed new black pumps for work and have another pair of Michael Kors pumps that has been going strong for years, so I ponied up to purchase these. They didn't need any breaking in - no blisters or pinching even in the first wear. Overall, a great classic shoe.

I bought the tan and the black pair in my normal size 7. I have worn them several times. The 1st time they felt a little tight so I only kept them on for about 3 hours. They are a good height and easy to walk in. They look very nice on your foot and they don't give you toe cleavage. The tan is probably my favorite because they go with so many things.
