this is my first pair of ankle boots, and I was pleasantly surprised. these are a great height (not too tall or short) and I appreciate that they come in wide, as it's difficult to find nice shoes for wider feet. I usually wear size 6 - 7, and I ordered a 6 in these; to be honest, it's possible I could have gotten away with ordering 5.5 but this way I can wear thicker socks in colder weather. not sure if only certain sizes run small or what. they're not the most comfortable in terms of padding, but it's easy enough to put an insole in.
I had the beige pair and wanted the black which I love. They are so comfortable and I am able to wear them to work with dresses and leggings or tights. I normally am a 5.5 or 6 in boots but I kept the 5.5 as the 6 felt too big. I definitely recommend!
