Runs way too small

I have a pair of these booties from four years ago and was able to wear them in my regular size. It was time for a new pair and I assumed they would fit the same. This is not the case. They now run sooo small!!! The option for wide is something new so I went down half a sie and bought the wide. I can typically go down half a size if the wide option is there. They were way too short and did not feel like they were a wide width. I reordered and bought my usual 9.5 and added the wide since they seem to run small. There still wasn't enough room in the toe box! This is a little bit ridiculous since the sizing info says true to size. These booties are no wear near true to size. I'm pretty disappointed the fit is so far from what it used to be.
This boot is the perfect little black boot. Super comfortable right out the box. I read that it ran a little smaller so i ordered a half size up and decided that was the best. They are the right amount of stylish while functional and extremely reasonable price.

Proscasual and fun
I bought these booties for my niece and she loves them. They're very casual, which is her boho style. She had them on with shorter jeans and she looked smashing!

Proscomfortable, good for walking, work and play
These boots are perfect! I wear them for work as well as out on the town and am so happy with this purchase. They are holding up well and have a heel height that is short enough for New York city walking. I was worried they would be hard to break in but felt comfortable on the first night in them! I usually wear a 6.5 and got the 7 which fits perfectly. The zipper is actually on the outside of the foot rather than inside which I found a little odd but easy to get used to. Would definitely recommend!
