Beautiful shades and finish!

I have used the loose shadows for 20+ years. They are creamy, pigmented and blend beautifully. At one point I collected all the available colors. It's sad not to see the loose shadows in the boutique and online as much anymore. Great product that I will use for many years to come.

Bought "Black Ice". There's nothing black about it. It's all silver. Nothing in the description or the photo would lead you to believe that it's silver. Might be a good product?! This will cause me to not trust bare minerals.

Used to love the loose eyecolor!

I have purchased so many shadows over the past 20 years, but now have trouble finding colors I like. I'm older now, and need MATTE eyeshadow colors. All of these I see online look shiny! I wonder if any of them are truly matte? My favorites (from the past!) were Chenille and Pacific Heights. I feel sorry that those of us who have been with Bare Escentuals for a LONG time can no longer depend on finding products that serve us.

Discontinued color disappointment

I've been a long-time wearer of BM loose eye color and almost all of my signature eye colors have been discontinued. In particular Java and Twig - two great darker neutral colors that I can't replace with what's currently offered. So my rating is here is for the products that used to be available. If I was rating my experience as a customer, I'd give it one star because they don't seem to be listening to all of the comments about the discontinued colors.
