I give the product a 5, but because a bunch of colors have suddenly gone missing, I have to give it 3 stars for the lack of variety now. I have been using that color for the past 13 years and finally ran out. Where is it!? I need it back. :(

Hands down best eyeshadow - forget palettes!!!

I have many the palette and recently bought a few more from other major beauty brands. Only to realize that no matter how many gimmicky palettes I buy, my bare minerals loose shadows some of which are 15 years old or so still completely blow everything else out of the water in terms of finish, color payoff and blendability, and just overall quality.So I was sad to realize that BM has now downsized its selection of loose shadows to just neutrals. I see I'm not the only one to wonder why you guys would mess with a good thing.So you're now doing palettes and I've bought some of them. They're ok, but not as good. Bring back the limited edition box sets you used to offer which contained 2 or 3 loose shadows. Those were the BOMB and I have many of them. That was such a fun way to try new coordinating shades and get a great value. You guys were known for those sets and the loose shadows they contained. Totally unique to you, unlike palettes which everyone does. And they still allowed you to construct a fun theme or story just like a palette.The palettes containing pressed powders are not as good. Shift your focus back to what your customers loved!!! I would buy more.

They randomly discontinue some of their popular colors such that users need to scramble to find new suitable colors. No loyalty to their existing customer base whatsoever. If you make a purchase you like, you better buy a few years' supply else the color it took so long to find and like may just disappear and leave you in a bind. This has happened with four of my favorite colors so far. I need to find another brand, as I'm tired of always having to buy in bulk or find new shades.
