Loose Eye Color

Eye color used as liner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the eye color as eye liner until the color i used giot discontinued then ever time I chose a new one the same thing happened until i gave up. I kept trying different things but was never completely satisfied. Finally i saw a teo colors I thought might work and decided to try it again. Hopefully these will stay around for awhile!
