Lovely silk but care is a problem

Prosproblematic
Tommy Bahama seems to think a size "Medium" should be big enough for a gorilla and size "Small" should be Medium. This would be fine except the care instructions are difficult to follow. Supposed to be possible to hand wash in water but - it will shrink, guaranteed, even in cold water. So I actually have two; the medium shrunk in water fits me, as does the small which I will dry clean. Annoying but a lovely fabric and well cut.

Spot on sleeve

When the shirt arrived we took it out of the box and before we took the cover off could see a black spot on the sleeve. It really stood out and your folks should have noticed it while they were packing it. We returned it to the Woodland Hills store which is about 20 miles one way from us. Your store personnel were very accommodating and switched out the shirt.

WASHED AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS, THREADS CAME UNDONE, AND SHIRT FADED. WILL BE RETURNING ITEM. ALSO FITTED VERY LARGE. DISSAPOINTED AS MOST TOMMY BAHAMMA PRODUCTS ARE WELL MADE. THANK YOU.
