This lotion can be used by myself 64, my daughter 40, and my granddaughter 14. This is the lotion my daughter first used at 14 and now my granddaughter. It is light yet effective. It is light not heavy. We take it to the beach to protect and nourish our skin. It is like a fresh drink of water. I highly recommend this product.
