These run big! I followed the instructions and ordered the L for my 8-10 bod, but it's loose. No more shaping than control top panty hose. Very comfy--you hardly feel it's on--but I don't see much effect, except in the tummy area. Will try size M
Love these body shapers especially for the holiday when I tend to eat too much!

Prosslimming, smoothing, seamless, light weight
Love this shape wear style. Smooths bulges w/o creating a line or indentation. Would give it 5 stars, but I can't because I wish I did not have to wear it! Fits beautifully under clothing, is light weight and never rolls in the tummy or thigh area. Highly recommend…you will feel confident no matter what you're wearing!
