I absolutely love this shaper. It's thin, but very supportive and feels silky. I like that the fabric is not too thick. I wore this under a dress and it just made my dress fit better. It's not constricting, and doesn't flatten out your backside, but smoothes everything and improves your curves. I also tried the Spanx power short, but preferred this one.
I am 5'3" 185lbs. I hate wearing shapers. It makes me uncomfortable and one big piece. I like movement under my dresses and pants. I want to feel real. I needed to wear some kind of shaper so it will look smooth under the dresses and also I won't have chafing. My friend who use to work at lingerie department at nordstrom recommended this shaper for me one day . That was it, after I tried on the first time I have to have it . This is the only shaper I came across that is natural looking. No tugging, no pulling, no rolling down or rolling up. Try it out. It will be your best friend!!
