this spandex pulls in the tummy and love handles with one smooth line. Love it!

If you're short-waisted, don't buy this item. It actually creates bulges instead of smoothing them out. I'm returning it.

We used my daughter's measurements and purchased the XL online - was too big. Checked online to see if the store had a large and went and tried that on and it was perfect. Easy exchange. You have to try SPANX on - except for the hosiery everything else was either too small or too big when we used our measurements.
Body Shaper was great though - she felt great in her outfit for the wedding we attended. Thanks !

Prosnot super duper
I bought this and will be returning it. its very comfortable and fits true to size but on the spanx website, it says super duper slimming and i would have to argue with that. it does the job of smoothing everything out, and i like the fact you can wear your own bra, however if you are looking for control top (especially in the tummy area) then this is not the item. i wish as another reviewer said, it had more control in that area.
