I am on a continuous quest to find shoes that fit my size 4.5 feet. I ordered these in winter white. An OK color, but the fit was WAY too narrow, even though I bought a 5. Plus, they felt less flexible that I prefer. Back they went.
These arrived and were just as I had imagined...a casual but simple boot. The leather has a bit of texture and the color is a true winter white. I felt they would not be difficult to keep clean as the sole was just thick enough to avoid dirt and minor puddles. I did have to return them because they did not blend with my wardrobe as I had hoped.

Ordered my usual size and ran *very* small. Even with the zipper I could barely even get one of them on. Haven't decided whether to reorder - would probably go up in both size and length. Rating reflects that I couldn't even tell whether the right size would be comfortable.

This bootie is described as Winter White, but it is more pale putty. It is not exactly as shown in the picture as Winter White. I ordered in 6 1/2W which was just a little loose so I re-ordered in 6W and fit was great. I don't plan to wear really heavy legwear with the boot - lightweight tights would be the heaviest for me. It looks OK with Winter White and is my last try at finding that color. This boot will go with any color and is a truly good-looking boot. The heel is a great height and should be comfortable even walking distances. I like the padded footbed and find it comfortable.
I gave the bootie a 4 due to the color not being what I call Winter White.
