I love this boot for it's softness and fit. the zipper in the back, makes putting the boot on so easy. I have a hard foot to fit and these boots fit my good and then my not so good foot perfectly.

A beautifully made boot and classic style. My feet are problematic (bunionectomy on each foot; flatfooted). I believe the shoe would have been quite comfortable for someone with a normal arch. However, I could not fit in the orthotic. I WOULD HAVE KEPT the boot, notwithstanding, but the zipper was VERY difficult to pull up with the boot on. This was the actual deciding factor in my choosing to return it. Oh, the upper portion was very comfortable - didn't cut into the ankle at all. Gorgeous boot for a normal foot.
