Heel is hollow. While my granddaughter loves the boots....they were worn out in two months. I will have go to a shoe repair to have good heels put on them.

I bought these boots for my 5 year old and she wore them all year. We loved them! My 6 year old chose another boot but wished she would have gotten these boots. They will both get these boots this year for school. These boots are Cute, Fun, Durable, and Stylish.

The Heel wears very quickly

My daughter got these shoes in a size 3.5 which were a little small in the toe, but she loved them so much I let her keep them. She wore them nonstop for 3 weeks and after that she noticed that there was a small hole in each of the heels. I took them to get re-soled, but I was told that the heel was vinyl, not leather or rubber, and also hollow, so it could not be fixed.

I bought these boots for my six year old daughter to start first grade. She has to wear a uniform and they add a bit more style to her everyday look. They are made very well and have held up great. Since they are real leather, they do get scuffed up a bit, but polish up great and look brand new again. I love them and so does she. Great little boot!
