I love this dress from Free People. It is certainly can be worn as a top or a dress as it is pretty short. It looks great with leggings and boots or with jeans, under a chunky sweater. It's sheer so I wear something under it. It can be dressed up or down. It's fun and whimsy! Love it!

This is such a great top. Fits TTS. I'm an XS and it fit great, very loose and flowy. I love it so much I had to get it in both the Storm and Tea colors. Great with jeans or leggings. I would not recommend wearing it as a dress since it is see through. Beautiful fabric and lace detail. Perfect feminine top to wear any season!
