These are the most comfortable shoes you will ever put on your feet. They're so versatile, they look super cute with an outfit, and they are so great for your feet!

Maybe it's because they were on backorder for about a month, and I must've have over-hyped myself waiting for them, but I felt a little let down when I finally tried them on. For all the hype Birks received during my 90s childhood and now late 20s adulthood, I thought they were going to be the best things in the world. They definitely need to be broken in because they're not as comfortable as I thought they would be. The oiled leather is also initially rough/plastic-feeling, but maybe it will last longer than the suede version?
They're very lightweight (i.e. feel like they would be inexpensive?), which surprised me since I thought they would feel a little more heavy duty being a $120 shoe. But, I'm sure it will last forever since this company has been around for a long time.

I love these shoes, they are great! They are stylish in a quirky/hipster way. Most importantly, Birkenstocks are so comfortable to hang out in.

Prosgood fit
My daughter had a birks that were defective so we went to the Nordstrom at LLoyd Center to what options we had. The customer service we received was fabulous. They graciously offered to oder another pair for us. Unfortunately, the pair we received were wrong size and my daighter needed them for a camping trip that weekend. The young women in the shoe department at this Nordstrom are amazing. One of the associates actually drove to another store to pick up the right size for us; otherwise we would have had to wait another week or so. Much of this was handled over the phone and I just have to say I was in awe of the amazing service we received. Thank you Nordstrom. The Birkenstocks fit ptrtty true to size but do run a bit big.
