Proscomfortable, conforms to foot, trending, versatile
So I used to hate birkenstock sandals, especially the Arizona's. I thought they were so unflattering, wide, and just not really my style. As I get older, I have begun to realize that comfort trumps fashion, because comfort IS sexy, so I tried on a pair and have not turned back since!
The tobacco leather is gorgeous. I have a feeling it's only going to get better-looking with age. I even prefer the oiled leather to the soft, comfortable suede because I think they'll retain their shape better and the suede might just get too stretched out. These were exceptionally comfortable right out of the box. I have flat feet, so it's a bit weird to feel such good arch support, but my feet have never hurt and I can definitely walk all day in them.
I wear these bad boys with shorts, swimsuits at the beach, and daytime dresses. I can't wait to wear them with boyfriend jeans when the weather cools down a bit. Seriously, I can't believe this one pair of sandals has replaced all of my other summer sandals.
Overall, I will purchase Birkenstock sandals over and over again. I've heard that once you know your size, it's pretty much the same for all their other sandals, which is great for us online shoppers!
As a pretty true size 7 foot, I happen to wear a 38 narrow (B). One of my feet is slightly (and unnoticeably, I hope) larger than the other, but both of my heels fit properly in the heel cups and the toe grips are in the right place for me as well.
If you're on the fence, you might as well just try some on. I can assure you that you'll love how they feel on your feet! You might wanna decide pretty quickly, since the Arizona's and many of the other great Birkenstock styles are either selling out or are on backorder in the smaller sizes (36-39) at many online retailers!
I've always wanted Birkenstocks and finally bought them. Best shoe purchase of my life! They're comfortable and match with almost everything. I bought them in tobacco brown and love them. I wear a 7.5 and the 7-7.5US/38EU fit perfectly.

must have summer sandals. makes your feet looks big but its the style of the sandals. comfy! great for casual outfits or for walking
I felt the sizing instructions were misleading. they were too big even though I followed the sizing instructions. These sandals had been shipped from an existing store and were scratched up. I returned them.
