I love the style of these boots. The colors and details are right on and make me feel good about going out in winter weather. The knee-high shaft are especially nice with a longer down coat on the deep snow and cold days.
The only drawback was how the size varied. I ordered a 9 and it felt to short - my toes were hitting the front. The area around the ankles felt too wide as well and not very fitted. So, ordered a 9.5 and when I read the sizing chart, it did say order a half size up. The 9.5 was way too big and so I settled with the 9 and wear thinner socks. I would have preferred the area around the ankle be a little more fitted.
Sorel is always great and I've worn them for decades. So I'm going with it even if the fit is only "good", the look and warmth are wonderful.
I really love the way these boots look and feel. They are warm and comfortable to wear. The only problem is that leather is so soft that is it really easily scuffed. They were scuffed before I even got them out of the box. If you like to have your boots look perfect these are not the boots for you. But if a few scratches do not bother you they are wonderful boots.
I bought them in the cinnamon as a nice waterproof alternative to my leather Frye boots. They are awesome!! Very stylish, comfy, and look great with everything I have tried-skirt, jeans and leggings!! Money very well spent!
