I ordered this in Hot Shot. Upon opening the package, I thought this would be too bright for winter, but it's not. It's a nice neutral shade for me. Not too sticky, though I wish it lasted longer.
I have long been looking for a lip gloss that was the right color and did not wear off so easily. I finally found it with this Marvelous Moxie and the color 'Maverick' is perfect for me....IT IS A MUST HAVE IN MY MAKEUP BAG!
Color was pretty but I wasn't expecting it to make my lips tingly. I don't enjoy that feeling so sadly even though the color was great I had to return it. It was also too sticky for me.
I'm not really a lip gloss wearer. I don't like the way the slightest breeze blows your hair right into your lip gloss and it gets all in your hair and then your face. Lately though, I've been wanting to throw on a little gloss since it's summer and not super breezy. I tried this gloss in "show off" since I have very fair skin so I always have the problem of too much pigment or too little. This color was perfect. I threw a little bit of liner under it. (Clarins Paprika used very sparingly and smudged into my lips) Then the gloss over top. I really like the result. If you have very fair skin and want a color that looks natural that will perk up a lip liner color this one does the trick pretty well. It's also not overly glossy so it doesn't slide off your lips really fast. I can't explain it just kind of hangs on. I definitely recommend this gloss in the "show off" color.
