Not Blue Suede Shoes...

They are thick leather and very rugged soled. Some of the stitching on my pair seemed a little haphazardly placed - Otherwise, a beautiful, thick soled, heavy duty (I chose NAVY) wingtip brogue that will take more than a few dance classes to break in properly.
I ordered the 10 1/2 E (available online only) and they fit just right. I thought the RED laces (included) were just too much and the BEIGE laces (also included) presented yet another strange option (?) I restyled with a Black 30" formal waxed pair and they look just fine. I will continue searching for formal Navy laces to complete the combination.

Went to the store expecting to buy the brown or blue but after A LOT of help from the sales associate went with the red - which isn't really as bright red as the picture here suggests, closer to cordovan I think. I loved the blue but as I expect to mostly wear these with jeans the blue matched too closely for my taste. I won't be surprised if I end up with another pair someday... maybe the green... or maybe the blue... or maybe...

Great shoes, very stylish and comfortable, though had to go half size down in length and one size up in width. For those who doesn't like red shoe laces (though I think it is the best part), it is good to know that they come with extra pair of tan show laces. The shoes look awesome with jeans and casual pants.
