These shoes arrived with terrible stitching all over and scuff marks on the sole as if they were used.

Good but not quite as good as USA made on 65 last.

Just received my first Dominican made pair of AE's yesterday, the Neumok in Blue. They look great, are comfortable, and are surprisingly light weight. That being said, there are some clear differences between this and other shoes made on the 65 last such as the McAlister, Park Ave, Strand, or Strandmok. Comparatively, the Dominican made shoe has a slightly more pointed toe. Not quite chisel shaped, but definitely comes to a tighter radius in the toe. Additionally, these seem to run ever so slightly longer and wider than the American made 65 lasted version. I have around 16 pairs of American AE's built on the 65 and they all fit exactly the same on my foot. The Neumok has a little extra width in the ball area and in the heel cup. Not enough to make me want to order 1/2 size down, but it is noticeable. One other nit; the description says these are lined, which is misleading, as they are only partially lined. These are beautiful and look great with jeans.
