I bought this primer since a good friend of mine recommended this. She too has oily skin so I decided to try this. Sadly, this was no good for me. It applies to thick and feels heavy on my skin compared to the regular primer (which I love more). It makes my face feel the makeup rather than the feeling of wearing none. Also my skin is a lot more oily than it was before using this.

I got this since I have always had issues with oily skin (which is why i switch to powdered foundations) and this product does amazing things! My face feels significantly less oily at the end of the day and I am no longer "shiny" by mid-day! I gave this only 4 stars because the squirt mechanism is tricky, so you have to be careful when pumping. Also the primer has a watery feel when applied that takes some adjusting to, and it drys really quickly, meaning you have to spread fast to get everything covered!!! Over all it's a great product that I'll definitely be getting again!

Prossilky, mattifying
Goes on so silky! Instantly mattifies skin and doesn't quit! It also smoothes your face so you are ready for makeup application and keeps makeup in place all day and night! Love! Works great combined with the loose foundation, concealer, and mineral veil!

Not a true oil control primer

I wish I could say that I loved this product. Like MANY other foundation primers, this contains dimethicone. Dimethicone is one of the worst things you can put on your face if you have oily skin (or don't have oily skin for that matter!). After a few hours, your face will turn into a real-life slip-n-slide. The foundation does absolutely look gorgeous with initial application, but is not a great all-day looking great situation to be in. For oily skin, look for WATER based primers.
