I ordered on line at Nordstrom.com , and was quite disappointed when I picked up. My designer bag was stuffed into a grey plastic bag. After opening, I noticed that they didn’t put in a dust bag with purchase. All Stella McCartney bags have always had a dust bag. I feel like a got a used/return bag. The bag itself is nice, but feel that the quality of Nordstrom’s has changed. Not sure if a will keep. I don’t think the employee’s have the old Nordstrom standards Kinda disappointed!

Today I received my fawn color falabella bag and it is better than I thought. I have always wanted one but just could not justify the price but luckily I got this beauty on sale. Thank you Nordstroms!

Chain tarnishes

Loved my falabella until the finish started wearing off the chain, turning dull copper and making my hands smell like pennies as well as rubbing tarnish off on my clothes in the shoulder area. Nordstrom charged me over $100 to refinish the chain, which took almost six months, and shortly after the finish started wearing off AGAIN. Booo; really unacceptable, especially for this price.

I just got my bag in the mail, and I LOVE IT! The design and size are practical. You can fit a good amount of items inside. The materials feel good/solid/nice too. I think this is probably one of the best designer bag that gives you good utility for the amount spent. I had a YSL camera bag that costs around $1,600, and I returned because I could not fit the usual items that I carry in that bag. One drawback is that the bag is kind of heavy. I am sure I will get used to the weight, but it is heavier than all my other bags. Lastly, the bag is not nearly as 'big' as depicted in the photo. It looks super big on the model, but I am 5" 5'/145 lbs, and the bag hits me at the waist. I find this ok, it's just a point that I wanted to make. Overall, I love the bag, and I am sure this will become my everyday bag.
