Horrible Customer Service

The tote was a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. The tote came in a box that was practically open. The tote was inside wrapped in a plastic bag and missing a dust bag that was supposed to come with the tote. I've made 2 attempts to remedy the problem with Nordstrom using their chat application. Both times I was told the problem would be remedied, and so far I've gotten no response back from them and no dust bag. This has been the worst shopping experience with Nordstrom I have ever had. I'm real close to returning the tote and ordering it directly from the Stella McCartney website.

It's too heavy

I got gray one and I like the color buy the chains makes too heavy and noisy
Bought a purse and they are absolutely stunning until a few years in they start to fall apart and they will peel. I hen I contacted customer service they gave me the run around for two weeks and 4 different reps to tell me that sorry it is pass our warranty period. $1100 bag and lasted 5 years. The damage is horrible and will never purchase from them they do not stand behind product rather by a Gucci
